3. Define the Structure, Capacity, and Main Function

A conventional wand tube uses a bottle, neck, wiper, stem, applicator, and cap. A squeeze tube uses body pressure and a direct outlet. Mini, keychain, dual-ended, twist-dispensing, and other functional structures add different handling and component requirements.

Capacity affects the internal chamber, tube proportion, wall thickness, stem length, applicator reach, logo area, carton, and filling plan. A thick-wall or sculptural bottle may look large while holding a smaller amount, so target fill should be defined from the internal structure rather than estimated from the outside.

4. Match the Applicator System to the Formula

For a dip-in tube, the wiper, stem, and applicator must be selected as one system.
